"This is Annabel Clarisse Murphy, but she normally only goes by Anna. It just kind of picked up from a young age, but go ahead and call her anything else you'd like, she wouldn't mind. She was born on March 3rd, and is currently 22 years old. She somehow landed herself the job of being the manager of The Boys You Do, which she loves. She doesn't run them too hard, and is normally very relaxed, but still keeps everything in line, and she's good at what she does.
APPEARANCE:
In general, Anna's a tiny girl. She stands proudly at the height of 5'3", and weighs a measly 105 pounds. She has the figure, the one that every boy desires. Her features are delicate, her nose turned upwards, which gives her somewhat of an elfish look. Her facial features are all generally in proportion, and she's often called beautiful. Anna’s eyes are always showing her feelings, and she can’t mask them well. Her eyes are a slate gray, and they lighten or darken depending on the weather and her mood. The irises are outlined in a darker gray, with almost sparkle-like flicks and specks intermixed. They’re surrounded by thick lashes, and are a general shape, but slightly thinner than the normal eye. This flaw isn’t distracting be any means, and it isn’t even really a flaw. It fits her other features to perfection. Anna’s hair is currently longer. She’s tried out shorter hair and really loved it, but decided to grow it out. It’s dark in color, a rich deep chocolate brown, and all natural. The soft curls cascade down her back, to about the middle of her shoulder blades. She often straightens it, especially when she wears it up. She had bangs that surround her face. Anna has always loved to look her best. Maybe it stems from her mothers’ taste and what she wanted Anna to dress like, or just her interest in style and clothing. She dresses with the trends, with her own little twist. She loves keys and the Eiffel Tower on necklaces, and adores anchors at the moment. She wears lots of dresses, tunics, skinny jeans and leggings, often paired with heels. Anna normally sticks with designer and more expensive brands, but doesn’t look down on those who don’t. She loved knit hats, scarves, North Face fleeces, sweaters and Uggs when the air grows chill – but for the warmer weather, her style changes slightly. It’s more dresses and skirts paired with a fashionable tee or blouse. She loves her look.
PERSONALITY:
At one moment, a smile is brightening her stunning features, and at the next, a glare is hardening it. Simply to say, Anna's moods shift from one to the next in a matter of seconds. She's always the first one to cry at the movies, not that it has ever bothered her. Her vastly changing moods can throw her into trouble, and is often what she blames any burst of anger towards. She has no clue why she's this moody - neither of her parents were like this. Her mother had controlled everything with a confident sense of force, while her father was a calm man that often hid what he was feeling, unless it was truly important. Though Anna's mood shifts could give a person whiplash, she's normally one extreme or the other. Rather caring and outgoing, she loves to make someone's day, or she's upset and ignoring nearly everyone with the fear that she would lash out at them. From this trait, she also has quite a temper. It plays into her argumentative, cocky, and rather bitchy traits as well, giving her a bit of a bite. She doesn't hid this either - she's learned that it does no good. Anna can't keep her emotions in check, so they're bound to go haywire.
Anna loves being out, loves being in the limelight, and loves people being around her. She doesn't like to be alone - it bothers her - and therefore, keeps a lot of friends close to her. She's out nearly every night, and if she's not, then she has people over. She simply can't sit still. Whether it be shopping, dancing away her worries at the local hit nightclub, or just driving around, looking for trouble, Anna can't stand not having anything to do. She's an outgoing girl, very charismatic, and makes friends easy. If one of her friends is having an off night, she'll be the one to drag them away and make it the best night of their life. People gravitate towards Anna - her want for a good time, her million-watt smile, her infectious laughter. She wants others to have a good time, and will normally keep her issues inside so others won't have to deal with them. Depending on who the people around are, and whether she trusts them enough to spill her heart out. There aren't many that she trusts enough to do that with sober, and once you're there Anna will have her grips on you until you do something to hurt her or her pride. She takes things personal, she just can't help it. Comebacks and revenge are two things that she adores - and if you hurt her, then you lost her trust, and be prepared for both.
Always looking out for others best interests, Anna will be sweeter than sugar towards you. Whether it's an act or no depends on the situation and who you are, but it is just her default. You can never go wrong with nice, she figures. And every now and again, it can really get you places. With her upbringing, she was raised to be polite and respectful, which are both things that she holds dearly to her now, things that she lives by. She always has a warm embrace and an encouraging smile at hand for whoever needs it, and is someone who always wants to help out however she can. Even if she can't, she'll try. Anna tends to play 'mother' to a lot of people, on purpose or no, whether she trusts them or no. First impressions stand out in her mind, and she finds them important. Half the time she doesn't mean to be judgmental, and often feels guilty over it later, but it's something about herself that she can't shake off. It sticks to her, and she's tried her hardest to pull it away from her, only proving to be unsuccessful. All in all, she'd determined. Her eyes are set on a bright and shining future, and Anna wouldn't let anything get in the way of that. Her flaws are plentiful, but she does know how to hide most of them on command.
HISTORY:
Elliot Murphy, at the age of twenty three, visited France for a vacation with a few close friends. It was a bachelor party made into a last vacation before family life. Madeleina, fresh faced and eager to face the world on her own at the age of eighteen had grown up there – it was home. The two met in a local bar, and went back to her apartment. He ended up taking her back to America with him, before either even knew that Anna had been conceived. The pair were in love – and there was no doubting that fact. Elliot was laying down the plans for his own law firm, having just a few months until graduating law school early. Madeleina became the perfect trophy wife; she was stunning, well-mannered, had a sense of style, and planned events like the best. Then, she learned that she was pregnant. Elliot, being the honest man he is, asked her to marry him and the rest was history. Well, except for the point where they were planning on aborting the pregnancy – but Madeleina backed out last minute, not wanting it to get out into their new place in society and affect their reputation. So, on March 3rd, Annabel Clarisse Murphy was born, whether Elliot and Madeleina were ready and wanting or no.
Anna was taken care of by a nanny most of the time – and she was nice enough. But a nanny couldn’t provide the kind of love that Anna desired as a young girl. She hardly saw Elliot and Madeleina, but their marriage was still going strong. Anna was told whenever she asked where the pair were that they were “busy working” and “would see her later”. She accepted it, not knowing what else she could do. Her five year old brain couldn’t comprehend the idea that her biological parents weren’t large fixtures in her life. Her nanny was enough for her, but when that’s all you’ve known for your entire life, wouldn’t you believe it was too? Anna was always falling and tripping, and had many scars in proof of the incidents. She often played alone in her large room, or one of her mother’s friend’s daughters and their nanny came over to keep her company. Anna was given all that she wanted, even things she didn’t. It came with the wealth and high society of her family name. The Murphy’s. Two of the best lawyers in the country, and the most adorable and well-mannered young girl the town had seen in years. The perfect picture, and that’s all they were. Anna only saw her parents for the social gatherings and the family portraits. The public life. Her mother started putting her into fashion shoots, now becoming mom-ager extraordinaire. It’s what Anna grew up with; private schools, model shoots, and high fashion in her hometown.
At the age of ten, Anna’s nanny wasn’t needed anymore so she was much to Anna’s dismay and protesting, then let go. “She wasn’t a necessity when you can stay home by yourself,” her mother had explained, sounding very flippant, short, and slightly annoyed. “Plus, you’ll be so busy with shoots and fittings, your friends, and school you won’t even notice her missing!” Not notice? Anna found it doubtful, but knew that arguing was no use. And she did miss her nanny much. Her nanny had always helped her with her homework, and friend issues, and if she needed someone to talk to about the life of a young model. Her dreams, deep thoughts, all of her desires were now unheard. But, Anna being who she was, had gotten over it. Her mother wouldn’t listen to her, she knew. Anna wasn’t close enough with any friends, even if she was considered the ‘most popular’. Not that it mattered to Anna – all it was were bonfires, stupid jokes, cocky boys who were just starting to make those dirty references and bitchy girls that were always down each others’ throats. So, Anna grew up. She dealt with these friends of hers, got all A’s, was the perfect student. She kept modeling vigorously, and at thirteen she started walking the catwalk for the junior’s line of some big brand. Her mother kept her in the modeling business, setting her up for shoots and commercials, having pulled away from her career. That was all her mother did, though, and she still never saw Elliot. He was always either in his home office working, out with clients, at the office, or out of town.
When Anna started high school in Santa Monica High, things changed for her. She was sick of her classmates’ immature antics, so she set out for new friends. She became closer with other models in the area, majority of them older then she, and they all turned to be tighter then Anna could believe. She was now in an entertaining group of popular crowd, all of them rich and gorgeous, outgoing and ready for a good time. She entered the parties flawlessly, and fit right it with the scene. The drinking made her feel alive and like she fit it, and all of her friends were doing it, so she felt it was right. And it was, really. She fit in there – she was older and more mature then her classmates as is, so it just made sense for her to do these kinds of things before any of them. Therefore, practically every night of the summer she spent in a club, or in someone’s house drinking away her troubles. She was taken with open arms; grinding up against guys like the pros, taking back shots like the seniors, and having a different hookup almost every night. She kept it to a minimum and left herself out of the limelight – tried to not do anything too crazy. But she slipped sometimes. Anna was prone to hookups, which generally always got out. Throughout college she worked hard and worked on becoming a more caring person. Before she graduated, she became the The Boys You Do manager through the Rune family.
Now that tour is over, she's just living by herself and continuing managing the band."

(:The school day had only seemed to drag on, the excitement for the weekend overwhelming the student body. For most, it made the day fly, but Adrianne was a completely different story. She, unlike her peers, couldn’t find enjoyment in the fact that she had to suffer through seven hours, and then have her weekend. Why get excited? Maybe she just wasn’t in a good mood today – who knew. It happened often enough to be a considerable possibility. Thoughts had been swarming in her head, one idea to the next, memory to a dream, wishes to fears. She couldn’t seem to focus on much of anything today – nothing held her attention for more than a couple minutes. Meaningless thoughts were pushing to the front of her brain and by 3 o’clock, Adrianne was rather sick of it. It was either a mass of thoughts suffocating her brain, or a long string of nothingness. It was one or the other and Adrianne had various times of both throughout this school day, and once she returned to her dorm she didn’t want to do much of anything. There wasn’t anything to do anyways, really, so she was all for just hanging around her dorm for the night, at least until later when she’s bound to head out with friends. But there was quite a bit of time until that happened, time for her to relax and try to get out of whatever funk she was in today.
Adrianne sighed heavily as she set her bag down near the door, sure to leave it unlocked (she rather enjoyed random visitors). With iPhone in hand and headphones wrapped around her fingers loosely, she collapsed on the couch with yet another exhausted sigh. Reaching up behind her, she pushed the pillows off of the couch, as they were in her way. Plugging her headphones into the headphone jack, she put the buds into her ears and then selected shuffle, not having a preference as to what came pounding through her speakers. The opening chords of Something in Your Mouth by Nickelback filled her ears, and Adrianne’s eyes opened in excitement, a grin overtaking her features. Some songs just did this to her – automatically woke her up. And this was obviously one of them. She pressed pause and ran over to her iHome, docking her phone and pressing play again. She blared the volume, unable to help herself, and started an energetic collage of jumping, dancing and singing along to the song. It was exactly what she had needed today, the perfect way to get her into a great mood. At least for the next few minutes, she would be happy and excitable. But with the way that her moods shift so dramatically, it could change at the drop of a hat.
As the song came to a close, Adrianne was standing on her bed, and ceased her jumping. Landing flat on her back, she bounced back up a few times before she became still, music still streaming through her iHome. It had change to Paint It Black by the Rolling Stones, not really a song that Adrianne found herself dancing to often. The grin was still lighting up the girl’s soft features, and her arms were out spread-eagle against her soft, brand new comforter. Just last week she had fallen in love with it at Ralph Lauren, and decided that she had to have it, sparking the need to remodel her entire room. It was still underway – she had actually barely started, considering all that she had was the new bedding and pillows and such. Her storm gray eyes glanced around the room, taking it all in, and envisioning what she had planned. It would be gorgeous, she was sure. But right now, it was a disaster. Adrianne cringed slightly as she closed her eyes again, sparing herself from overlooking the mis-matched patterns and colors everywhere in her room. Last year, it had been more girly. Pinks, white and black, polka dots and elegance instead of what she was switching to. She wanted her room to be more gender neutral, even if it didn’t really matter, and she wanted it have a tropical, earthy feel, yet still have the underlining elegance. It may be difficult to overtake, but Adrianne was sure that she could make it happen.
Sitting up, she jumped off of the bed and made her way back into the living room/entry hall/kitchen, and sat back down on the couch. She had run through her happy mood already, and she was back in her funk. Oh, the joys of being the moodiest bitch on campus. She threw her head back, and hit it on the back of the couch. A loud clunk filled the room, and a pain shot from the back of her head, making Adrianne cringe once again. At the very same moment, the song changed to Hold My Hand by New Found Glory, and someone knocked on the door. How eventful of a two seconds. ”It’s open!” Adrianne called out, her voice hoarse from the recent blow to the head. Thank you, couch.
